Frequently asked questions
Can I try Pro before paying?
FaultNet Standard is free to use with no time limit. You can get a good feel for the app before deciding whether Pro is worth it for you. There's no free trial of Pro currently.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your account drops back to Standard tier at the end of the current billing cycle. Your cases, vehicles and timeline data stay put, you just won't be able to create new cases beyond the Standard limit of 1 active case and Pro features like AI analysis and advanced search become unavailable.
What happens to my extra cases and vehicles when I downgrade?
They stay in your account, you won't lose any data; you just can't create additional ones beyond regular standard user limits.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Head to Profile → My Plan to manage your subscription. You can switch intervals through the Stripe customer portal.
Is billing handled securely?
All payments are processed by Stripe. FaultNet never sees or stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you've been charged and feel something went wrong, get in touch via the contact page.
