Dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a quick overview of what's going on in FaultNet, the most recent and active cases are shown for the selected time period.

What's on the dashboard

Status breakdown

A donut chart shows cases split by status: Active, Investigating, Resolved, Archived. Click any segment to jump to a filtered search.

Recent fault cases

A scrollable list of the most recently updated cases. Tap any row to open the case.

Most starred and most commented

Two ranked lists showing which cases have attracted the most engagement. Useful for finding well-discussed faults.

Quick search chips

A row of chips lets you filter by status, country or fault category with a single tap — jumps straight to the Search page with that filter applied.

Time period

Use the selector in the top-right to switch between the last 7, 30, or 90 days of activity.

Category breakdown — see how fault cases are distributed across engine, electrical, suspension and other categories.

Country breakdown — where in the world fault cases are coming from.

Manufacturer breakdown — which vehicle brands appear most in cases.

Recently added vehicles — a grid of the latest vehicles added to FaultNet.
